Spokane Valley is an incorporated city in Spokane County, Washington. It is located east of Spokane and west of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. It surrounds the town of Millwood on three sides. The city was incorporated as the City of Spokane Valley on March 31, 2003. As of 2010[update], the city had a population of 89,755.
